David Arquette has checked himself into rehab for alcohol and “other issues,” according to TMZ. Arquette, who has been partying a lot since his separation from Courteney Cox, is seeking treatment because it’s “the right thing to do for his family,” a source close to the actor says. But before heading to rehab on New Year’s Day, Arquette reportedly had one last wild night, celebrating New Year’s Eve at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

The Discovery Channel has bowed to pressure from Michael Jackson’s estate and agreed to postpone a filmed reenactment of the late singer’s autopsy that was set to air in the U.K., according to TMZ. “Given the commencement of legal proceedings beginning next week, and at the request of Michael Jackson's estate, the scheduled broadcast of the medical documentary related to Michael Jackson's official autopsy has been postponed indefinitely,” the network’s reps said. Jackson’s executors had complained that the show was in “shockingly bad taste.”
Zsa Zsa Gabor will reportedly undergo surgery to amputate part of her leg because of a “massive blood clot,” her husband, Prince von Anhalt, tells TMZ. The 93-year-old actress was advised to have surgery last month but postponed it to spend the holidays at home, von Anhalt says.
