Sandra Bullock is doing her best to put the rumors about her and Ryan Reynolds to rest. “I think there will be a collective sigh amongst women across the United Stated when I say he’s not my lover,” the Oscar-winner told Al Roker in an interview over the weekend. “He’s just an amazing friend for 10 years,” she explained. “But I don’t get his loving after dark.”

Dawn Holland, the former Betty Ford Center staffer with whom Lindsay Lohan famously clashed with last month, wants to meet with the troubled starlet to bury the hatchet — and Michael Lohan thinks it’s a fantastic idea. “I think it’s good for them both to put it behind them and show that they’re going through these steps,” he tells Radar Online. “One of the major steps is making amends, and I think it’s important. Whether they do it privately or publicly, that’s another story, but I think Lindsay and Dawn will have that meeting.”

Aretha Franklin is opening up about her recent health issues. The Queen of Soul tells “Access Hollywood” that while she did undergo surgery last month, she never had pancreatic cancer, as was reported. “I don’t know where ‘pancreatic cancer’ came from,” she says. “I was sitting there reading the newspaper and it was saying someone in my family said that. No one in my family ever said that to anybody.”

There’s a new twist in the breakup of Kelly Osbourne’s engagement to male model Luke Worrall. According to the Daily Mirror, Elle Schneider, the woman with whom Worrall allegedly cheated on Osbourne, is actually a transexual. “I was open with Luke that I was born a boy,” Schneider tells the newspaper. “He didn’t mind. In fact it turned him on more.” Schneider says she’s been taking female hormones for three years and preparing for surgery.

Barely a year after a cheating scandal ended his marriage to Sandra Bullock, Jesse James is using Twitter to show off how in love he is with tattoo artist and reality TV star Kat Von D. “I’ve never felt so loved,” James posted to his account. “Forty-eight hours away from you feels like a year. You will never be anything but beautiful to me.” The feeling appears to be mutual, as the object of his affection responded with, “I’m not a stage-five-clinger, but I need you around me, Babe.”

Orlando Bloom is offering up his Hollywood Hills home for rent — for $18,000 a month, according to Radar Online. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom house was famously burglarized in 2009 by actress Alexis Neiers and a gang of teens, who also targeted the homes of Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. Bloom purchased the home in 2007 for $2.75 million.
