The politicians from the opposition party that announced to form a new party said young generation call Korea hell chosun and manghanminkook.

헬조선 흙수저는 좌절중

20일 신당 창당을 선언한 야권 정치인의 입에서 "젊은이들은 대한민국을 일컬어 '헬조선이다', '망한민국이다'라고 자조하고 있다"는 말이 나왔다. 그는 "내일에 대한 희망과 공정한 보상에 대한 믿음을 잃었기 때문"이라며 신당 창당의 명분으로 내세웠다.

대한민국 청년들의 좌절과 포기는 비단 야권 정치인의 눈에만 대한민국의 중대한 문제로 비친 것이 아니다. 박근혜 대통령의 현재 최우선 국정과제인 노동개혁은 '청년들에게 일자리를 만들어주자'는 게 최우선 목표다. 박 대통령도 청년 문제의 심각성을 인식했다는 이야기다. 그러나 대한민국 청년들의 좌절과 포기는 단순한 일자리 문제가 아니다. 우리사회의 구조적인 모순의 결과물이다.
